Refund & Exchange Policy

- No cancellation is allowed once order has been confirmed.
- Refund or Exchange is only applicable for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item sent
- Item packaging or container damaged
- Expired product
- Missing item in order
- Incorrect content
- Customer is required to email firstname.lastname@example.org to report on the return/exchange within 3 days upon receiving of goods.
- Refund, if any, will be made via the same payment gateway used during the purchase transaction and to the same person who made the order.
- Exchange will be for the same product, or up to the value of the exchange product.
- Recap on process:
- Email email@example.com with Order Number and picture of parcel/ items, stating reason for return/exchange.
- Our Customer Service Rep (CSR) will be in touch within 48 business hours of email received and advice on proper procedure.
- Once verified, CSR will advice on refund/exchange status.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be remitted to your account.
