Refund & Exchange Policy


  1. No cancellation is allowed once order has been confirmed.
  2. Refund or Exchange is only applicable for the following reasons:
    • Incorrect item sent
    • Item packaging or container damaged
    • Expired product
    • Missing item in order
    • Incorrect content
  3. Customer is required to email to report on the return/exchange within 3 days upon receiving of goods.
  4. Refund, if any, will be made via the same payment gateway used during the purchase transaction and to the same person who made the order.
  5. Exchange will be for the same product, or up to the value of the exchange product.
  6. Recap on process:
    • Email with Order Number and picture of parcel/ items, stating reason for return/exchange.
    • Our Customer Service Rep (CSR) will be in touch within 48 business hours of email received and advice on proper procedure.
    • Once verified, CSR will advice on refund/exchange status.
    • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be remitted to your account.
